Purchase Direct From Manufacturers

We facilitate your order directly with manufacturers, we are able to provide low costs because this eliminates the need for “multiple middlemen” and allows customers to receive “wholesale” pricing straight from the companies that make their items. We handle every step of the process, from placing your order with our partnered manufacturer to having it shipped to our workshop where it is assembled, packaged, and prepared for pickup or delivery. We have a number of units available on our website that may be ordered through our batches without a minimum quantity requirement. If you would like to source anything different, please contact us and we will connect you with known manufacturers who can assist you with the entire process. We are open to public consumers and businesses, so anyone can join one of our shipments and benefit from our services.

We handle your order fulfillment directly with our vetted and connected manufacturers. We have connections to several Australian domestic factories as well as international manufacturing suppliers.

The manufacturing process starts as soon as the factories receive all of the orders for our batch. To start building, all supplies & materials are shipped to the factory. Most stock arrives at the Kingaroy Depot as flatpack units to be assembled at the workshop. Because of our build batches, we are able to provide our products at manufacturing pricing without requiring a minimum quantity. You probably already know that you need to order in bulk in order to take advantage of manufacturing prices. We process orders in batches so that a variety of customers and companies can participate in a batch. This brings the quantity to the necessary levels and making the pricing advantageous to all. In addition to lowered freight.

When the stock is all completed & prepared for loading, the factory notifies us, and our logistics agent schedules all of the factory pickups before starting the journey back to Kingaroy, Queensland, for ultimate processing. We use a range of sea fright and road freight services. Again most units come as a flatpack to be assembled at the workshop however a range of goods comes fully assembled ready to dispatch to customers straight away once it hits the depot.

After everything is delivered to the depot, we unload and arrange the inventory according to each customer’s specific order. In order to prepare all orders from consumers and businesses for pickup and delivery, we perform a variety of quality tests and packing procedures.

Every week, our clients are kept fully updated throughout the entire process. Prior to pickup or delivery, you will also receive video verification of the arrival of your batch and stock.

As per the orders of the customers, a variety of stock will need to be assembled. For all of your assembly needs and requirements, our team at the workshop is here to help. All assembly orders will be processed in our depot’s workshop area as soon as the stock is delivered.

Everything is properly prepared for delivery to our Australian customers and pickup. Everything gets reloaded onto the truck for deliveries so that it can be delivered to clients.
