We offer a consultancy and logistics service designed to streamline your orders with partnered manufacturers. Our role is to coordinate the production, import, and local transit of your goods.

Please note, we are not a retail or wholesale outlet. Instead, we act as a consultant and transit partner—connecting all parties involved in a single coordinated build batch.

We manage your order fulfillment directly through our network of vetted manufacturers, including both trusted Australian factories and established international suppliers.

The manufacturing process begins once all orders for a batch have been received by the factories. At that point, all necessary supplies and materials are shipped to the factory to start production. Most products arrive at our Kingaroy depot as flatpack units, which are then assembled in our workshop.

Thanks to our batch-building system, we can offer manufacturing prices without requiring a minimum order quantity from individual customers. While bulk ordering is usually needed to access these prices, we pool orders from multiple customers and businesses into a single batch. This collective approach brings order volumes up to the levels required for cost-effective manufacturing, delivering great pricing and reduced freight costs for everyone involved.

Once all stock is completed and ready for loading, the factory notifies us, and our logistics agent coordinates the pickups before the shipment begins its journey back to Kingaroy, Queensland for final processing. We utilize a combination of sea freight and road transport services to move the goods.

Most items arrive as flatpack units to be assembled in our workshop, while some products come fully assembled and are ready for immediate dispatch to customers upon arrival at the depot.

Once all shipments arrive at our depot, we unload and organize the inventory according to each customer’s specific order. To ensure the highest quality, we conduct thorough inspections and perform careful packing for every order—whether for pickup or delivery.

We keep our clients fully informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Before your order is dispatched, you’ll receive video confirmation verifying the arrival and condition of your batch and stock.

Depending on customer orders, various items may require assembly. Our skilled workshop team is here to handle all your assembly needs. Once the stock arrives at our depot, we promptly begin processing and assembling your orders in our dedicated workshop area.

All orders are carefully prepared and loaded for delivery or pickup. Once ready, the goods are securely reloaded onto our trucks to ensure timely and safe delivery to our Australian customers.
