Returns & Refund Policy – AOH Manufacturing

At AOH Manufacturing, we aim to ensure all products arrive as described and in good condition. Due to the nature of imported and made-to-order goods, the following return conditions apply.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind on any products once payment has been made and production or shipping has commenced.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

• The item is faulty or defective
• The item is damaged in transit
• The item is not as described

To qualify:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
• Keep all original packaging and contents

3. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email: info@aohmanufacturing.com.au
2. Include:
   • Order number
   • Description of issue
   • Photo/video evidence

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect → AOH Manufacturing will cover return costs
• If approved under special circumstances (non-fault) → Customer covers all return shipping costs

⚠️ As many items are large, bulky, or freighted, return shipping costs may be significant.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Partial refunds may apply if:
  • Item is not returned in original condition
  • Parts or packaging are missing

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Custom-built or made-to-order products
• Imported bulk-order items
• Used or installed products
• Items damaged after delivery

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once:
  • Production has started, or
  • The item has been shipped

8. Delivery & Responsibility

• AOH Manufacturing covers freight to our facility where applicable
• Final delivery is arranged via the customer’s chosen transport provider unless otherwise agreed
• Responsibility transfers to the customer once goods are dispatched for final delivery

9. Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
