The 150 Model Pellet Machine is a compact, powerful pellet-making machine designed for farms, livestock owners, feed producers and small-scale commercial operations.
Built to be stronger, faster and less prone to clogging, this machine can produce up to 150kg of pellets per hour while operating from standard 240V single-phase power.
No 3-phase power required – it comes fitted with an Australian plug, making it a practical option for farms, sheds and workshops.
Complete Set of Pellet Dies Included
The machine comes complete with a range of dies, allowing you to produce different pellet sizes for different animals:
- 2.5mm – Fish fry & shrimp
- 3mm – Fish, chicks, ducks & birds
- 4mm – Chickens, ducks, rabbits & geese
- 6mm – Sheep, pigs, cattle & dogs
- 8mm – Larger livestock including cattle & horses

It’s a great option for farmers wanting to process their own feed, reduce reliance on pre-made pellets or make use of their own feed ingredients.
Important – Gear Oil Required Before Use
DO NOT operate the machine before filling it with gear oil.
The machine requires approximately 2 litres of 85W-140 hypoid/hypoid-type gear oil before operation.
Gear oil is not included with the machine.
