Yes. Materials, specifications and configurations can be modified where available to suit your project requirements. Please consult your builder or certifier to determine the applicable Australian standards before requesting modifications.
NCC compliance documentation is not included as standard. If required, please submit a written request after receiving your Order Confirmation and reviewing the standard model's materials list. Availability and additional costs will be confirmed.
Yes. NCC documentation, testing certificates and AS/NZS material compliance information can be requested in writing. These documents are subject to manufacturer availability, product specifications and any required testing or assessment.
Yes. We strongly recommend having your builder, installer or relevant certifier review the materials list and specifications to confirm suitability for your intended application and identify any required modifications or approvals.
No. Plumbing pipes and associated plumbing components are not included with the standard modular bathroom kit.
No. Plumbing holes are not pre-cut, with the exception of the shower outlet. Additional openings must be positioned and completed during installation to suit your plumbing requirements.
No. The manufacturer's plumbing instructions are based on international standards and should not be relied upon for Australian plumbing compliance. A licensed plumber must assess and complete the required plumbing work in accordance with applicable Australian and local regulations.
The modular panels are designed for on-site assembly using the supplied installation manual. Plumbing and any other regulated installation work must be completed by appropriately licensed professionals.
