Please ensure your builder, installer, or certifier reviews the materials list and makes any necessary modifications to comply with Australian Standard Certification requirements.
AOH Manufacturing does not provide Australian building certifications by default. Certification services are available only upon written request prior to production and may incur additional fees.
We strongly encourage you to consult your builder, certifier, or relevant consultant to confirm the suitability of all materials and specifications for your intended use and any required regulatory approvals. Where possible, modifications can be made to the unit/materials if requested before production.
Installation Notice: Please follow only the modular installation instructions provided in the manual. The plumbing instructions included are for international standards and do not comply with Australian (AU) standards.We strongly recommend engaging a licensed plumber to assess and organise all plumbing requirements in accordance with local regulations. Please note:
- Units are supplied without pre-cut plumbing holes (excluding the shower outlet only).
- Pipes and plumbing components are not included.
- This product is supplied as a modular unit only.

We used this modular kit in our granny flat and it’s ideal compact but functional. Toilet, shower and sink all work well. Delivery was on schedule and packaging protected everything very well.
